WAM award nominated songwriter Charlie Youngson is an emerging artist hailing from Bridgetown, WA, who's blend of blues and folk, weaved together with intricate guitar work, has been captivating audiences across Australia. At the age of 20, Charlie’s style is reminiscent of early John Butler, and has led him to open for major touring acts including Steph Strings, Felipe Baldomir, Ash Grunwald, Kim Churchill and Vika and Lynda Bull.

He has played in play in some of WA’s most prestigious venues including Red Hill Auditorium, the Quarry Amphitheatre, the Riverside Theatre and toured Australia. He’s played Nannup Music Festival and the Blues at Bridgetown, as well as received the Fairbridge Song-quest prize.
